Apple updates the AirPods Pro (2nd-gen) and EarPods with USB-C
Aside from the Apple iPhone 15 lineup, the Apple AirPods Pro (2nd generation) and EarPods are also using USB-C.
The AirPods Pro (2nd-generation) also comes with improved dust resistance (IP54 ratings) for the earbuds and case, and supports Lossless Audio with the Apple Vision Pro.Like the MagSafe charging case, Apple is not offering the USB-C AirPods Pro case as a standalone purchase.
Apple says the AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with MagSafe Charging Case (USB-C) will be available for purchase from 9am on 14 September, with retail availability starting from 22 September. It is priced at S$362.35. The EarPods (USB-C) is also now available for purchase at S$29.
