Creative adds to its Pebble line with the RGB lighting enabled Pebble Pro
Creative has just added the Pebble Pro to its popular line of Pebble speakers. This latest model sees Creative bringing back the iconic round design with RGBlighting anda new 2.25-inch full-range driver.
The RGB lighting is integrated into the base of each speaker. Users can take their pick palette of colours using the volume knob and set it to one of three different lighting effects (Cycle, Pulsate or Solo).
The Pebble Pro may use the same 2.25-inch drivers as its predecessor, the Pebble V3, but Creative says that they have overhauled it from the ground up with a new design to achieve more headroom for a louder, clearer audio and 3.5 times richer and deeper bass.
They’ve also included BassFlex technology so users can experience deeper bass across all volume levels without the need for a subwoofer, and Clear Dialog to enhance vocals over any ambient sound when watching movies on the PC.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.3, a 3.5mm AUX-in port, and a USB-C port for audio streaming and power.
Small it may be, but the Pebble Pro can reach 30W RMS and 60W peak when connected to an optional 30W PD adaptor to fully show-off its audio capabilities. Running on USB-C power alone, it delivers an audio output of up to 10W RMS and 20W peak.
