The Samsung Galaxy S24 launch event could be held in January 2024
Samsung is believed to be holding its Galaxy Unpacked event "early next year" to announce the Galaxy S24 series.
A South Korean report claims the Galaxy S24 series is likely to be unveiled in January 2024 and the Galaxy Unpacked event will be held in San Francisco.
If true, this would be the first time in three years that Samsung is holding a January event to launch the Galaxy S series. The Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S22 series were both unveiled in February.
Tipster @UniverseIce also shared the same launch timeline, but said the Galaxy S24 series might not be the star product at the event.Instead, the tipster believes the star of this rumoured January event might in fact be the Galaxy Ring, a fitness-tracking ring that could rival the Oura Ring.
Purported renders of the Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy S24+ have leaked, which show no major design change. Samsung could also equip the Galaxy S24 series with its recently previewed Exynos 2400 chipset in some markets while using Qualcomm's mobile platform in other markets.
