Simba moves all its customers to 5G without increasing prices
SIMBA Telecom is bringing 5G services at 4G prices to all SIMBA customers on all service plans without any increase in price. This move is also applicable to customers who plan to travel as 5G services will be activated for overseas data roaming as well.
The company says that subscribers with commonly available 5G smartphones will be able to enjoy the new 5G services seamlessly and without disruption and without the need to visit SIMBA service centres. 5G is also fully enabled for all eSIM customers.
Roaming in 5G is available for at least 41 destinations covered by SIMBA Telecom with subscribers switching between 4G and 5G for a smooth and uninterrupted browsing experience.
All this will no doubt aid in 5G adoption in Singapore. Singtel recently launched 5G eSIM mobile data plans for tourists and visitors in Singapore with OpenSignal ranking Singapore among the top places in the world for 5G Network Coverage Experience, along with places like South Korea and the USA
