Twelve South's HiRise 3 Deluxe
Twelve South is the latest third-party manufacturer to release a MagSafe 3-in-1 charger for the Apple iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods.
The Twelve South HiRise 3 Deluxe stands out from the competing 3-in-1 chargers with several unique features. In terms of design, the HiRise 3 Deluxe adopts a space-saving layout of arranging the charging spots front and back. Twelve South claims the vertical design allows it to have a smaller footprint than an iPhone Pro Max.
Unlike the BelkinBoost Charge Pro 3-in-1 wireless charging standand other 3-in-1 chargers with fixed angle for the iPhone charging spot, the HiRise 3 Deluxe offers the flexibility of adjusting the angle of the iPhone by 35 degrees to the ideal viewing angle. You also can attach the iPhone vertically or horizontally on the MagSafe charger, which means the iOS 17 StandBy Mode is supported on the HiRise 3 Deluxe.
As for the Apple Watch, the fast-charging pluck (for Apple Watch Series 7 and newer models) can tilt up for Nightstand Mode or rest flat for a more minimal appearance. The third wireless charging spot supports Qi wireless charging of up to 7.5W, which can be used to charge the Apple AirPods or other Qi-enabled smartphones.
Similar to other MagSafe-certified chargers, the HiRise 3 Deluxe comes with a premium price tag of US$149.99. Twelve South includes a 1.5m charging cable, 36W power adapter and international plug adapters (U.K, Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, North America and Japan). It is now available for pre-order on Twelve South's website and is expected to ship in the week of 25 September.
