As of 16 November, the Apple iPhone 15 lineup arethe first Qi2.0-certified phones. The Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) announced that Qi2 will be available in time for the holiday season.iOS 17.2 is slated to be available later this week.

With Qi2 wireless charging support, iPhone 13/14/15 users need not purchase MagSafe chargers to enjoy wireless charging speeds of up to 15W. They can still enjoy up to 15W wireless charging speeds on third-party options such as Anker, Belkin and Mophie.
