PSA: M1 confirms reports on the withdrawal of MVNO partner ZΩH Mobile

Slightly more than a year into their operations as an M1 MVNO partner, ZΩH (pronounced Zoh) Mobile, seems to have called it quits.

Their website says that it's down for maintenance and an M1 spokesperson says that ZOH Mobile has informed the telco about its decision to cease its service on 12 December. Further enquiries to Lifeway Singapore Pte Ltd, the parent company of ZΩH Mobile, yielded a response that, “ZOH Mobile service is no longer available for sign up.”

ZΩH Mobile is also telling subscribers that 12 December will be the last day for them to port their number out to another telco.

ZΩH Mobile isn’t the first MVNO to call it quits in Singapore with some already having exited the market, but with others still making an entrance it remains to be seen if we will see the market settling down soon.
