Warcraft Rumble launches at BlizzCon on November 3
Blizzard is gearing up to launch its own mobile action strategy game, Warcraft Rumble, on Android and iOS platforms on November 3. The game has been creating ripples in Azeroth's in-game taverns, with its strategic battles featuring miniature versions of famed Warcraft heroes and villains.
So what can players expect from this new mobile foray into the Warcraft universe? Firstly, it's important to note that Warcraft Rumble has been built from the ground up for mobile gameplay, making it the first of its kind in the storied Warcraft franchise. The game enables players to command armies of miniature heroes, villains, and other creatures from the expansive Warcraft lore, including rostered characters like Jaina Proudmoore, Grommash Hellscream, and Hogger will.
Gameplay modes range from a sprawling single-player campaign replete with unique strategic puzzles to a multitude of player-versus-player options, dungeons, and other modes catering to a variety of skill levels.
As part of the launch activities, Blizzard will also be giving away 3D-printer blueprints for Warcraft Rumble Minis throughout the month of October. Dubbed Mini Mondays, each week will feature a new family of Minis, alongside some gameplay tips and tricks to fully utilise these characters in battle.
Pre-registration is currently open for those who want to be notified once Warcraft Rumble becomes available for download. Additionally, early adopters who complete the tutorial within the first two weeks after the game’s launch will receive a set of four mecha-themed items for in-game customisation of profiles and armies.
